Kick Punch Om

A combination of calisthenics, kickboxing combinations, yoga and bad jokes for all levels.
  • 15-minutes

    Non-stop calisthenics and kickboxing techniques

  • 40-minutes

    Kickboxing combinations with partners or heavy bag

  • 10-minutes

    Yoga cool-down with a talk on practical spirituality and/or self-defense.

Yoga

A blend of movement and stillness utilizing asanas, bandhas, pranayama and meditation, with a focus on awareness over gymnastics. Available for all levels.
