I ragged hard on yogachristy regarding one of her postings; she slapped back at me but not with anger but with love and humor. I knocked Kitty; she laughed. I poke you and you get angry. Do you honestly think it is the "content" that makes it nasty or pleasant, shallow or deep, lame or funny? It is not the content but the context that you bring.

I would suggest you stay with the poetry and the teaching stories. Probably better for you to sit with the hippies and pass around flowers than go to the KKK meeting and get upset when they call you a "nigger Jew." Entering a pissing contest without a dick will only leave a puddle by your feet.

Here is a link to the lyrics of "I Am The Warrior" by Pat Benatar:

http://www.justsomelyrics.com/870691/Pat-Benatar-The-Warrior-Lyrics

A lesson for you: when you call someone a condescending name based on whether factual information is correct or not, you look like a complete douchebag when you are the one who is wrong.

Funny how I share a beautiful poem here and the only comment you make is about the line I quoted from a Pat Benatar song. I would say you were too stupid to understand the poem but I'm guessing you are just projecting either your anger or judgment or bad sense of humor in my direction.

Remember, when you hurl crap at someone, it leaves your hands smelly shitty.

Let me guess, you were raised a "Catholic," which means a Jesus whore, and so your brainwashing can't take a fuckin' joke and you miss all the teachings in this piece? I can tape pubic hairs to my forehead and pin a note to my chest about how "The pubes on Pube Thursday describes humanity and proclaims a hope for people to have a sense of humor," but those words, "nice" or not, would have no relevance to the idiocy of taping pubes to my forehead.

You follow the unsmiling, suffering Jesus that was created by the church whores. I follow the laughing Jesus that was about consciousness and transformation. You worship the cross, which is about death and guilt. I honor the man, who was about life and destroying all the bullshit guilt. I am more of a Christ-ian than you. You are a Cross-tian. Enjoy your death cult.

And, yes, I wear dresses when I feel like it because I don't take myself or my costume seriously. If someone wrote a piece about me that said I looked like a girl wearing a dress, not only would I probably agree with them, I might even laugh. Enjoy your attachment to a fairy tale, Crosstian.

When you are with your fellow death worshipers---once a year---having some self-appointed representative of God rub a combination of ashes and semen from the altar boy he just jerked-off in the back room, I will be laughing and dancing and wearing a dress--=every day. Half of that will be for the joy of living and the other half will be because I am not you.

Speaking as an ash head, I'll share with you what St. Patrick's Cathedral distributed this year in regard to Ash Wednesday, the official beginning of Lent:

"The ashes of Ash Wednesday not only describe our humanity, more emphatically, they are a proclamation of hope, reconciliation and peace. Ashes give symbolic expression to our trusting dependence in God's merciful love."

It's a shame you assume smugness in the wearers; it's not what the ashes are meant to project. While tracing a cross upon a recipient's forehead, the priest intones "You came from dust, and to dust you shall return." It's pretty humbling.

And if they look silly to you, well, I seem to remember you wearing a dress to the Raw Food Festival.

Dancing is always good, whether in a "field of dreams" or a field of flowers. And when you dance completely, you forget to even care if the field is a dream or real, part of the waking dream or part of the sleeping reality.
