The Income Tax Fraud

All hell broke loose when it was discovered that Rome, in fact, was built in a day. Well a similar discombobulation will probably occur when the mindless masses wake up to realize that “There are only two things in life that are certain: death and taxes” is also fraudulent. I know of a group that believes physical death to be an uncertainty and while I may agree with them, I am going to focus here on the Income Tax fraud instead.

It was at a 4-day Iridology workshop with Dr. Ducky Bottom that I learned that many of the things that we take for granted, such as the Income Tax, is built on a foundation that the Federal Government takes for granted that we’re stupid sheep and won’t question anything. I actually didn’t “learn” this fact at the workshop. I learned it in my hours upon hours of research after the workshop, when I set out to not only discover the truth but to disprove what I considered the nonsense he shared with us that I didn’t believe even belonged in the workshop.

At the time, I kept wondering to myself, “What the heck does this have to do with a system of assessment involving looking at the color part of the eye to determine health in the body?” After the workshop I even wrote Dr. Bottom a letter (I think that was pre-email) saying, “What the heck did that have to do with a system of assessment involving looking at the color part of the eye to determine health in the body?” Dr. Bottom was not only a very good teacher with a sense of humor, but also a gentleman. I saw a man who could handle my sometimes, shall we say “immature” attacks and still keep his sense of not only humor but also of love. Of course this was in the pre-South Park and Family Guy years and who knows if even a master like Dr. Bottom would have been able to handle all the “douches” and “pussies” and “nuns dry vagina” references that today I consider a staple of my communication.

He wrote me back that the non-iridology information—involving knowing the truth and protecting one’s liberties—was a lot more important than looking into someone’s eye and that if they take away our freedoms then we won’t be able to look into someone’s eyes even if we want to. And thus started my research.

The first book I read was The American Sovereign by Brent Emory Johnson. And it was mind-blowing. I went in with a redneck mindset thinking, “These damn there un-Americans are just trying to get out of their patriotic duties!” and left with a brain washed clean of many of the lies I had been told. I started devouring one book after another on the Income Tax. One by Bill Conklin proved that it had to be voluntary, as filling out a W-4 form requires you to wave your 5th Amendment Constitutional right not to testify against yourself—and he proved this in court when a judge ruled against him essentially saying, “You didn’t have to fill out the form—you did it voluntarily.” I read about the 16th Amendment, the supposed “Income Tax Amendment,” in Bill Benson’s The Law That Never Was: Volumes I & II and how not only was it not ratified in the proper way (States can only vote YAY or NAY and yet many States had made modifications on the Amendment before voting on it, a strict no-no and thus invalidating to their vote. Some States didn’t even vote or voted NAY and were recorded as voting YAY!

Book after book, videos, CDs. One winter visiting my parents in Florida, I was on the beach reading a book on the Income Tax and my father asked me, “Why are you constantly reading about the Income Tax?” I told him that I wanted to know the truth and I wasn’t going to settle for just one convincing argument from either side but would do extensive research until I was satisfied. I then told him, “Now mind your own business, old man!”

His question was a valid one, as who besides the most boring accountant or Federal government slave would read about something as tedious as the Income Tax unless there was a gun held his head? There was a metaphoric gun pointing at my head, the same gun that was pointed at the Founding Fathers heads. They chose to grab it and shove it up King George’s fat ass and I wasn’t about to accept the slavery that these brave Founders fought against, that is, all those except the Southern bastards who thought, “Is there really any harm in stealing a few negroes from their country and whipping them to work all day as you rape their wives?”

One powerful CD was an hour lecture by Joe Banister, a former gun-carrying IRS agent who spent two-years of his own time researching the claims made about the Income Tax being voluntary and misapplied and he concluded that the tax protestors were correct. Because he had sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution, and unlike most of the dishonorable who work for our government he took his oath seriously, he prepared a 90-page report of his findings and turned it in to his higher-ups and basically said, “Please provide an explanation for this because if this is true, I don’t know how I can continue to work here and violate my oath of office.” Rather than answer his questions, they gave Joe his retirement papers. I have met Joe Banister in person more than once and he is one of the most sincere people I have ever met. You can pick up a copy of the report he turned into the IRS at www.freedomabovefortune.com.

I probably spent three years researching the Income Tax. I even printed out 100 pages of Counters To The Tax Protesters Arguments from online (I think Al Gore invented the Internet by then), totally draining my printer’s ink supply but feeling I needed to hear from the other side just why all the logic that was making a lot of sense to me was total crap. But once I was able to break the language code, I could see that all the counterarguments were really not dismissing anything said by the protestors. It was as if someone said, “As a human I have the right to be free” and someone countered by saying, “A mass-murderer has given up all his rights.” Joe Counterpoint may be right—but you’re not a mass-murderer and so his statement really has nothing to do with you. More on the language game later.

The Internal Revenue Code (IRC) is over16,000 pages long and despite it being in the IRS mission statement that they want to help make the law as clear to the citizens as they can, only a complete bore would ever read that code from cover to cover and even Einstein would conclude that figuring out E=mc2 was easy to grasp compared to this pile of confusion. If you ask the IRS questions regarding where exactly the law is that says the average American citizen is required to pay the Income Tax, they will not follow their “mission statement” but instead try to intimidate you.

While the Income Tax is a bore, Truth and its discovery are always exciting. I will do my best to give you just a few highlights about the Income Tax and how it is beyond a shadow of a doubt voluntary. Let’s start with the law of the land: The Constitution.

The Constitution allows for the government to tax the people in one of two ways: either directly or indirectly. An indirect tax is something like a tax on alcohol or gasoline. Conceivably you don’t have to drink or drive a car and so you can avoid such a tax if you really want to. Indirect taxes have to be uniform throughout the States, in other words, if New Hampshire charges a 10% tax on cigarettes than Wyoming has to charge the same 10% tax. Apparently the Indians are allowed to undercut everyone with their American Spirit brand and use it to feed their alcoholism.

A direct tax, meaning one that is directly applied to you and not a product, has to be apportioned, meaning distributed equally through all the citizenry. Let’s say our country decides to fight in a war and, for a change, Congress actually votes on it like it is Constitutionally required. And let’s say the war is going to cost $30 billion dollars.  A direct tax applied to the Citizens would apportion the money equally to everyone, so 300 million people would pay an equal amount.

Now you might argue, because you have been brainwashed into thinking as such, that someone who makes more money should somehow have more of a moral obligation to contribute, as if “morals” and “values” change according to how many coins are in your piggy bank. That is not what the Constitution says and this is the supreme law of the land. The Constitution would not have a problem with you DONATING more money if you wanted to; it would have a problem with the government TAKING more money from you.

In a Supreme Court ruling it was determined that the Income Tax gave Congress “no new powers of taxation.” Now while half of you have probably tuned out by now and did a Google search for “Britney Spears,” I think it is clear to the remaining readers that the Income Tax—as applied—is a direct, UNapportioned tax, which is clearly a “new power of taxation.”

THE DEFINITION OF INCOME

In Constitutional Income: Do You Have Any? by Phil Hart, he documents what “Income” meant in the time period of the passing of the 16th Amendment, before and around 1913. He pulled information from newspapers at the time, debates and other published sources. Income, which is NOT defined in the Internal Revenue Code, originally meant “corporate profit.”

Because I have even put myself to sleep at this point, I won’t go into detail what “corporate profit” means. Let me just say that when you get paid, in example, for being a massage therapist and giving someone an hour of your labor in energy and effort and expertise, not only aren’t you a “corporation” but you didn’t “profit” from the exchange either [Insert your own “happy ending” joke here.]

THE FIFTH AMENDMENT

The Fifth Amendment to The Constitution says, among other things, that one cannot be forced to act as a witness against oneself in a criminal case. We’ve all seen in many a law show on T.V. someone say, “I take the Fifth,” meaning, “I ain’t saying shit!” and know that they cannot be forced to say, uh, shit.

Before you start any job, because the employer has been conditioned to not think but just do what he is told, most of you will be given a W-4 or 1040 form. The form specifically says that any information you fill out can be used to prosecute against you criminally. By signing this form you are waiving your 5th Amendment protections. You have every right to do so, as only through contract law can you give away any of the rights you were born with—but you cannot be FORCED to violate your 5th Amendment protections. My sister, who is a Harvard Law School trained lawyer, will balk at such a dissection. This shows that not only are her arguments regarding this issue emotionally and not legally based but that I care more about the law than she does.

In the real world I will tell you from experience, if you tell a potential employer that you are not going to waive your 5th Amendment rights and sign the W-4 or 1040 form, just about every one of the trained cattle will show you the door. The main reason they can do this is because there are ten people in line who couldn’t give a rat’s ass about their personal liberties and would sell their soul to the Devil if it meant getting a good seat on the subway. Until we ALL stand up for our rights, or until you individually and in a collective with like-minded freedom seekers figure out how to be independent and break free of the slave trade, then you will always be a slave.

THE 16TH AMENDMENT

Bill Benson went around to all the States that were in the Union at the time the 16th Amendment was signed into law and got certified copies of all the signing statements. According to him, and public record, many States changed words and lines and paragraphs—something they are not allowed to do on a Constitutional Amendment and about which our Founding Fathers were very clear—making their votes null and void.  Secretary of State Philander C. Knox was clearly juiced by enough of the powerful bankers at the time and used his weight to declare certain States votes in favor, despite not following procedure and the fact that some States didn’t even sending in their signing statements.

This argument is dismissed by naysayers but has NEVER been dealt with. The courts say it is a matter of the legislation to handle. The Congress says it is a matter of the judiciary to handle. But even if it did pass, the Supreme Court ruled that the 16th Amendment gave Congress no new powers of taxation, remember? A direct, unapportioned tax IS a new power of taxation—that is, if that is what the 16th Amendment provides.

THE 861 ARGUMENT

There is a section in the Internal Revenue Code, Section 8.61, which specifically talks about collecting an Income Tax but deals only with non-resident aliens. Apparently people who worked in the States but were not Citizens would usually leave without kicking back any money that they may be required to pay. So this section took money from them, as in withholding, so they wouldn’t just amscray and not pay what was due the United States. Larken Rose was one of the main champions of this argument and showed that this section is clearly about non-resident aliens and not American Citizens. I saw Larken Rose’s film Theft By Deception, as well as a documentary which included lawyers, CPAs and other experts saying how this is a valid argument. I found it especially interesting when a CPA told how when he went to Accounting school, that they basically brushed over the law and went right to deductions. Putting blinders on either a horse or a human keeps them focused where you want them focused but will prevent them from seeing the bigger picture. This is one answer to the question, “Wouldn’t all our accountants and tax experts know if the Income Tax was a fraud?” The other answer is that the ones who know are whores who don’t care how much blood is spilled in order to pay their salary.

INDENTURED SERVITUDE, i.e. SLAVERY

Most American will work until May in order to pay their Income Tax burden. That is about 4 ½ months where you are working for nothing. That is a definition of slavery—unless, of course, you volunteer. But even the black slaves of our embarrassing American history, if given a choice wouldn’t work for nothing. I have to believe that Americans are not so stupid today, that they just don’t realize there is another way. The other option is to believe they are so stupid and that one day we’ll all be playing with our own feces and speaking gibberish. Henry Ford said, “It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” The latter possible future I offered may actually be tamer than the one we can expect if the sleeping slaves suddenly wake up and take over the plantation.

THE FEDERAL MAFIA

Irwin Schiff is an American Citizen who is now about 80 years old and unquestionably knows the Internal Revenue Code better than anyone alive. He has been on Fox television where he went to H&R Block, the whores of tax preparation, and told them, “I will give you $50,000 if you show me where the law is that says I am required to pay an Income Tax.” Rather than open the book, point to a code and say, “Here. Now pay me,” the CPA (Cocky Pussified Asshole) said, “This guy is nuts and if you listen to him you will get yourself into trouble.”

Irwin wrote a book called The Federal Mafia and the government BANNED it! You thought book burning was reserved only for Fundamentalist Christians who don’t like the word “penis” mentioned in print? My Harvard Law School sister will argue that he is promoting lies and the book should be banned. She is just like all the rest of the phonies who only defend what they personally believe in and not a higher principle. There is an old statement, “I may disagree with what you say but I will fight to the death your right to say it.” Most people will only defend others with whom they agree and most of these cowards wouldn’t even fight for them if it meant sticking their necks out on a limb.

But the H&R asshole is right: if you listen to Irwin Schiff you will probably get yourself into trouble. The mystic Osho said, “To tell the truth in a world of lies is a revolutionary act.” In today’s fear-based climate, to even ask a question is considered revolutionary and since most people are pussies, they would rather give up their personal liberties than inconvenience themselves or another by formulating a question.

The IRS solely survives based on intimidation and deception. When asked how they would respond to the protestors who were asking to be showed where is the law that requires them to pay an Income Tax, the spokesman for the IRS said,  “By enforcement actions”; in other words, they would respond to the question through prosecution.

The IRS doesn’t want you to know that there are over 70 million people that don’t file an Income Tax Slave Form. They also don’t want you to know that, according to their own statistics, one is eight times (8x) more likely to go to jail if you file than if you don’t. The bought and paid for corporate media never gives much, if any, coverage to the MANY court cases that the IRS loses, such as against Tommy Cryer, Vernie Kuglin and Joe Banister to name a few. Instead, like clockwork, around early April the papers will cover a tax protestor who is going to jail with the lesson that “You Too Will Go To Jail” if you don’t file.

And when push comes to shove, most people will bail out of the game rather than risk skinning their knee. This is what happened to Wesley Snipes. I read some of what he had said regarding his reasons for not filing an Income Tax Slave Form and it was clear to me that he was obviously educated on the fraud. But when the IRS pressured him and intimidated this famous actor, who ironically starred in three different Blade movies where he was a man who walked in two different words and was willing to fight against evil for what was right, with serious fines and jail time, all of a sudden he “saw the light” in order to avoid being locked away from the light and sheathed his “blade.” Pussy.

If Wesley Snipes had any balls, he would have put millions of his money that he was saving for a self-serving rainy day coke party and a pair of elevator shoes and mounted a defense that would be an offensive against the lying Federal Government and serve something other than his own ego. Even O.J. proved the famous line from the movie Chinatown to be true, that with enough money one could get away with murder. Instead Snipes took the coward’s way out and served his god, Mammon, so he can make more crap like Passenger 57, while selling out his honor and principles and fifty pairs of shoe lifts for a buck at his cheap tag sale, to avoiding the risk of becoming Prisoner 57.

Not everyone values money more than principles. Ed and Elaine Brown put their fortune and freedom against truth and ended up in jail. They made the mistake of starting to defend themselves in court and then not showing up with an attitude of, “It was bullshit anyway!” If you are going to play their game, you have to play it to win. You can’t start the game and then leave it before the buzzer rings without the referee declaring that your team has forfeited. Wesley Snipes stepped off the bench and onto the court and all that his opponent had to do was give him some trash talk and he ran crying back to his bench. As far as I am concerned, Wesley Snipes isn’t even deserving of smelling the Brown’s farts.

THE NAME GAME

There are many other angles to how the Income Tax is a fraud and how to fight against being a Federal slave but the name game is the eeriest to me and it is how they can make bold statements that are deceptive but not lies. The IRS has redefined certain common words that we all take for granted that we know what they mean. A PERSON in common use means a bipedal animal with either a penis or vagina, or in the case of Jamie Lee Curtis, both. The IRS has defined PERSON:

Means an individual, a corporation, and association, or any aggregation of individuals.

On the surface you may think, “A corporation, that doesn’t sound like a ‘person,’ but an ‘individual’—yeah, that’s me.”

INDIVIDUAL: means a United States federal citizen

STATE: means the District of Columbia and other federal territories and possessions

OPERATOR: means somebody who is required to be licensed

MOTOR VEHICLE: is a mechanical conveyance used for commercial purposes

DRIVER: is someone who charges a fare, fee, rate, or accepts compensation for the transportation of persons or property on the public roads

RESIDENT: is a Fourteenth Amendment federal citizen; a U.S. citizen; a government official similar to an ambassador or envoy.

Let’s just stay with the definition of a “driver” for a moment. As defined by the IRS, a “driver” is someone who transports someone for money, such as a bus driver, a taxicab driver, a limousine driver. I’m guessing most of you reading this aren’t one of these three professions. Then you are not a DRIVER. And your “car” is not a motor vehicle. But by contract law, when you sign the dotted line for a DRIVER’S LICENSE, you are saying, “I am a DRIVER, one who transports one for money, and agree to be subject to all rules, regulations and taxation related to this profession.” You have a right to travel in your car. But only the government can grant the PRIVILEGE of driving in a motor vehicle.

How many of you live in D.C. or Guam or Puerto Rico? Then, according to the IRS code, you do not live in a STATE. Interestingly, Alaska and Hawaii were defined in their codes as States and when they were officially annexed they dropped out the section that defined them as such.

TAXPAYER is defined as someone who is obligated to pay taxes. So when they say in their 100 arguments, “A taxpayer is required to pay Income Taxes”—they are 100% correct. Said another way, “Someone required to pay Income Taxes is required to pay Income Taxes.”

Most people don’t speak the Internal Revenue Code doublespeak and that is how they can manipulate the masses so easily. When you understand the code, suddenly it is like you’re wearing a pair of those sunglasses from the movie They Live and can see the lies behind the billboards and the evil walking among the people [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Lwlx3GnLGs starts around 1:30] It is like when I was walking in Spanish Harlem and someone passed and called me a “mariposa,” not knowing that I had learned enough Spanish to make me semi-fluent in derogatory insults (it means “faggot” in Spanish.) I was like, “I know what that means and it’s not nice to call people names, Spic!”

So what can you do? The first step is educating yourself. If you want to be empowered, don’t believe anyone—including me. Instead do the research and change your “belief” into a knowing. Some of the best resources are:

The next step is to educate others. Each month I hand out about 50 copies of Republic Magazine and burn and hand-out about the same number of educational DVDs, like America: From Freedom To Fascism.

Another step is to educate politicians, if not about the law that never was, which they probably already know about but don’t want to disturb the political circle-jerk, then about the fact that you are going to vote them out if they don’t fix this little issue of fraud.

Ron Paul has proposed a bill to audit The Fed. I will guarantee you the Fed will do it’s best to block this from passing by putting pressure on all of its political whores. And we’ll see if “government exposure” Obama is full of crap as well. Why would anyone be against having the first-ever audit of this private organization that is as “Federal” as Federal Express? Even if you believe in the system of the Federal Reserve, they should be held accountable for their shenanigans, no?

Run for local office. Our government is supposed to be We The People. But We The People have been watching baseball games and American Idol while They The Tyrannical have taken over. Don’t get mad at a dog for sticking his nose up your ass—that’s what they do. It is up to us to step up and become leader of the pack and DEMAND the dog to stick his nose in our groins where we prefer.

Become more independent and establish community. If you are depending on government for your allowance money, then don’t complain when Nanny G decides to tighten the purse strings on you. Instead get a paper route and earn your own money. Then when Nanny G tells you, “I’m so sorry, but I am not giving you any more hand-outs,” you can tell her to fuck off and die.

No man is an island. Establish community and when the shit hits the fan you will be better able to survive because you will not only be taking care of yourself but your extended family will take care of you also.

I don’t write about politics; I write about awareness. I write about union. As psychologist Abraham Maslow discovered in his Hierarchy of Needs, it is hard to think about enlightenment when you can’t satisfy your basic needs of feeding yourself and having shelter. It is equally difficult to think about living as a Master when you live in constant fear of the government’s whip.  This is one of the key steps in the battle: Drop your fear of government, the IRS and anything that is keeping you from living the full expression of your Authentic Self.

The sad thing is, most of you reading this will dismiss it as bullshit without even looking up anything I have said or any of the resources I have listed. If you dismiss this—or believe it—without doing your own research, then you’re an idiot whose preconceived notions have clouded your ability to discern with your own head and heart. Instead you’re a puppet like Bill O’Reilly who spouts a party line and rather than challenging a disagreeing statement, instead seeks to discredit the person reporting it by calling him or her a name like “idiot” or “conspiracy nut.” I thought name-calling was what we did when we were immature—and in grade school. If you do nothing else in life, don’t be a Bill O’Reilly. I think that would make a good bumper sticker:

“USE YOUR OWN HEAD AND HEART–DON’T BE A BILL O’REILLY!”

Then there will be some of you who will say, “Yeah, I know it’s true but I have no power to change it.” If the first group is made up of the emotionally ignorant, then this group is made up of the apathetic comforters who would rather be fed rotten apples than to upset theirs or anyone else’s applecart. What will it take for you to stand up? “Life is good enough.”

The Jewish prophet, Mica, said, “If you are not for yourself, then who will be for you. If you are only for yourself, then what purpose is your life.” I am not asking you to ignore yourself or be ungrateful for all we have been blessed with. I am asking you to stand up so that those of us who want to become angels can be unshackled and spread our wings wide.

How many more whips to the back can you take before you say, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!” The time for asking for better treatment on the plantation is over, for the only free man on a plantation is the slave owner. And we were all born free men. We were all born to become Masters; not of another human being but of ourselves.

Because of weak people with big sticks, it’s up to us to step up and step off and join the growing rebellion. I’ll be by your side, my brothers and sisters. But if the Federal Mafia is swinging their sticks at my head and I see you sitting there in lotus position with your eyes closed, I won’t wake you out of your stupor. Instead I will mourn for what you could have shared had you opened your eyes and started living like a free person.
